This morning, members of the Club will gather at the Track 139 Restaurant to meet socially in celebration of the 2018 holiday season. The facility is located at the corner of Broad Street and Union Street.
The event is for Windsor Garden Club to decorate wreaths for Windsor Non-Profits and Community Groups. Our way of spreading cheer within our community.
