At 7 pm, master gardener Nancy Bowden will present a talk on soil health. Learn more about how you can test and improve your soil for healthy plants.
What do the following mean for healthy soil: nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur? How do you know what to add or amend? How important is drainage and aeration. Do organic materials matter?
Presentation is followed by a business meeting at 8 pm.
